摘要:
采用射频磁控溅射法在玻璃基片上成功制得了GdTbFeCo非晶垂直磁化膜,研究了溅射功率对GdTbFeCo薄膜磁光性能的影响.测量结果表明:基片与靶间距为72 mm溅射功率为75 W,溅射气压为0.5 Pa,薄膜厚度为120 12m时,GdTbFeCo薄膜垂直方向矫顾力达到5966 Oe,克尔角为0.413 °.

摘要:
采用射频磁控溅射法在玻璃基片上制备了GdTbFeCo非晶薄膜,通过调节溅射时间制备出了不同厚度的薄膜,并研究了膜厚对薄膜磁光性能的影响.磁光特性测试仪的测试结果表明:溅射功率为75W,溅射气压为0.5Pa,薄膜厚度为120nm时,可以使GdTbFeCo薄膜垂直方向矫顽力和克尔角达到较大值,分别高达4575.476Oe和0.393°.能满足磁光记录材料矫顽力大,磁光克尔角大的要求.

摘要:
A series of SmCo/Cr/TbFeCo multilayer thin films with perpendicular anisotropy were prepared by RF- magnetron sputtering system, and the effects of Cr interlayer thickness on magnetic properties and interlayer exchange coupling were investigated. It was found that the magnetic properties varied with the thickness of Cr interlayer, especially the values of saturation magnetization Ms and the coercivity Hc fluctuated periodically with the thickness of Cr interlayer. STM images revealed that the variation of coercivity Hc was attributed to the microstructure change of SmCo layer influenced by Cr interlayer, and the variation of Ms was related to interlayer exchange coupling.

摘要:
In this work, we demonstrated the EG-assisted solvothermal synthesis of 3-D microspherical BiOBr architectures assembled by nanosheets. The morphology and compositional characteristics of the 3-D architectures were investigated by various microscopy techniques. The possible formation mechanism for the architectures was discussed. The band gap of the obtained BiOBr materials was estimated to be 2.54 eV by UV-vis. The specific surface area and porosity of the BiOBr 3-D architectures also were investigated by using nitrogen adsorption and desorption isotherms. Because of the narrow bandgap and the novel 3-D micro-manostructure, the BiOBr architectures show a more excellent photocatalytic activity under visible light irradiation than the BiOBr bulk plates. Several possible reasons for the higher photocatalytic activity have been taken into consideration. In addition, the photocatalyst is stable during the reaction and can be used repeatedly. © 2008 American Chemical Society.

摘要:
Self-assembly of aluminum hydrate particles into larger boehmite (γ-AlOOH) nanofibers was illustrated by a facile hydrothermal method without using any surfactants. The size and morphology of boehmite nanofibers could be controlled by adjusting the pH value of the reaction mixture. The resulting products were characterized by XRD (X-ray diffraction), FTIR (Fourier transform infrared spectra), SEM (scanning electron microscopy), and TEM (transmission electron microscopy). The specific surface area and pore-size distribution of the obtained product as determined by gas-sorption measurements show that the boehmite nanofibers possess high-surface area and porosity properties. A possible formation mechanism of nanofibers via a nanoparticle assembly procedure is proposed based on the experiments under the different conditions. ©2007 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

摘要:
NdTbCo/Cr amorphous films with high perpendicular magnetic anisotropy were prepared onto glass substrates by rf magnetron sputtering. The effects of Nd substitution on the magnetic and magneto-optical properties of TbCo/Cr films were investigated. It was found that partial Tb substitution by Nd would increase the saturation magnetization and the Kerr rotation angle, change the temperature dependence of magneto-optical characteristics. These results can be explained by the ferrimagnetic structure of the rare earth-transition metal alloy. When the magnetic layer composition was (Nd<inf>0.265</inf>Tb <inf>0.735</inf>)<inf>31</inf>Co<inf>69</inf>, a saturation magnetization of 247 emu/cm<sup>3</sup> and a coercivity of 3.8 kOe at room temperature could be obtained. ©2008 Wuhan University of Technology and Springer-Verlag GmbH.

摘要:
BN nanosheets-coated SrAl<inf>2</inf>O<inf>4</inf>:Eu<sup>2+</sup> was fabricated by a simple one-pot method. The BN nanosheets formed into a compact layer coating on the surface of SrAl<inf>2</inf>O<inf>4</inf>:Eu<sup>2+</sup> completely. X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and various microscopy techniques were used to analysis the composite structure of the phosphor. BN layer obstructed H<inf>2</inf>O molecule entering into the channels of SrAl<inf>2</inf>O<inf>4</inf>, and restrain SrAl<inf>2</inf>O<inf>4</inf> from hydrolyzing effectively. The coated phosphor shows a strong green band at about 510 nm which corresponds to the 4f<sup>7</sup>-4f<sup>6</sup>5d transition in Eu<sup>2+</sup> ion. ©2007 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

摘要:
采用射频磁控溅射方法制备SmTbCo交换耦合双层膜并对其磁特性进行研究.所制备的SmTbCo双层膜,是由饱和磁化强度为340 emu/cm3 的富过渡金属读出层和矫顽力为5.80 kOe 的富稀土写入层构成.通过交换耦合,具有大的饱和磁化强度SmTbCo读出层的矫顽力,可以由1.85 kOe 提高到5.96 kOe.双层薄膜的交换耦合及其在外场中的磁化行为,可以由微磁模型得到合理的解释.

摘要:
采用射频磁控溅射法在玻璃基片上成功地制备了(Sm)TbCo/Cr非晶垂直磁化膜,并就薄膜组分对其磁特性的影响进行了研究.部分Tb原子取代Sm以后,薄膜仍然具有较高的磁各项异性.薄膜组分为(Sm0.286Tb0.714)31Co69/Cr时,其饱和磁化强度Ms为330 emu/cm3,矫顽力为5.0 KOe;薄膜组分为(Sm0.343Tb0.657)31Co69/Cr时,其饱和磁化强度Ms为385 emu/cm3,矫顽力为4.7 KOe.薄膜组分对SmTbCo/Cr非晶垂直磁化膜的磁特性影响,可以通过对薄膜结构特性的分析得到合理的解释.

摘要:
采用反应射频磁控溅射方法,在氮气和氧气混合气氛下并在玻璃基底上成功制备出了纳米氮化铜(Cu3N)薄膜,并研究了溅射功率对Cu3N薄膜的择优取向、平均品粒尺寸、电阻率、光学能隙的影响.XRD显示溅射功率对氮化铜薄膜的择优取向影响很大,在低功率时薄膜择优[111]方向,在较高功率时薄膜择优[100]方向.紫外可见光谱、四探针电阻仪等测试表明:当溅射功率从80 W逐渐增加到120 W时,薄膜的光学能隙从1.85 eV减小到1.41 eV,电阻率从1.45×102 Ωcm增加到2.99×103 Ωcm.

摘要:
The effect of ammonium fluoride (NH<inf>4</inf>F) concentration on the dimensions (length, diameter, and wall thickness) of the self-organized nanotube arrays has been investigated. Results show that varying the concentration of NH<inf>4</inf>F exerts a strong effect on changing the dimensions of the as-grown nanotube arrays. The length of the nanotube arrays increases gradually by increasing the concentration up to a maximum length at a concentration of 1.00 wt%, after which the length decreases slightly with the increase in NH <inf>4</inf>F concentration. It was also observed that the diameter and wall thickness of the nanotube arrays vary with the change in concentration of NH<inf>4</inf>F, where the diameter was found to alter between 80 and 140 nm, and the wall thickness decreases by increasing the NH<inf>4</inf>F concentration. These results indicate that it is possible to entirely control the dimensions of the nanotube arrays, by tailoring the concentration of NH <inf>4</inf>F besides the anodization time and voltage. ©2008 Springer Science+Business Media, LLC.
