摘要:
Organizations and communities are held together by knowledge flow networks whether people are aware of them or not. Knowledge flows influence the evolution of culture and language, promote international collaboration, and hasten the development of science. In this paper, we propose a Petri net based model of knowledge flow for more effective and efficient knowledge management, knowledge flow management, and knowledge flow network planning. We describe a research approach and modeling environment that enables the knowledge flows to be formalized through computational models. The model enables users to study knowledge flow in a visualized network and to develop strategies for adapting networks to changing conditions. The basic idea is to adapt and control logistical processes for knowledge flow within teams, organizations, and communities.

摘要:
In the times of "knowledge explosion", in order to meet the development requirements, the setf-improvement of teachers is crucial. The paper proposes to make use of virtual learning community (VLC) supported by web2.0 technology for further education of teachers, which differs from the traditional network education Platform. Its greatest character is that not only receiving but creating and sharing information. The authors construct the elements and model of this kind of virtual learning community, and then design a practical case using a web-based platform named "edu2.0" and make description and evaluation about its working process and results.

Recently, Digital Education has been faced with two primary problems: messy and low-sharing. In order to resolve those problems, the paper suggests a new Service Pattern which combines the traditional educational resources service and E-commerce service, analyses relationships and realizations between Service Factors and Service Strategies in the abstract, designs a Service Model based on the Service Pattern, and bring forward a corresponding mechanism of resources management. Finally, in order to prove its technical feasibility, the paper realizes the Service Pattern by a Digital Educational Resources Supermarket system which is based on Web 2.0 and J2EE.

XML is widely used in development of Educational Resources Database System (ERDS) because of its natural traits: easy-to-interpreted, criterion-opened, extensive, cross-platform compatible and so on([1]) ([7]). But there are some limitations naturally when we use the relational database to store and search XML. data. SQL SERVER 2005 and ASP.NET 2.0 provide stronger function to support XML. Through analyzing the criterion, functions and structure about ERDS, this paper gives us a solution about ERDS based on SQL SERVER 2005 and ASP.NET 2.0. Also this paper discusses the technology and realization about how to construct, store, access and present the educational resources.

This paper studie the application of GIS in mobile telecommunication network project designing with the development platform of MapInfo 7.0. It discusses some key techniques lying in the development, and introduces the main functions of telecommunication network project design system based on GIS.

Digital right management can be used on digital copyright protection, access to control, trust management and other areas. Right expression language is an important component of DRM system. The purpose of this paper is to research the application of ODRL. It gives the introduction of development of right expression language firstly, and describes in detail the development process of ODRL used in popular, and discusses the frame structure of ODRL. This paper summarizes what ODRL need to improve in future and introduce it connecting with the concrete application scenarios. Lastly, the conclusion is made and the develop trend of REL is forecasted.
