摘要:
With the rapid development of multimedia computer and network technology, network learning becomes possible. With network learning, the boundaries of the traditional teaching method are broken, different place and time opening learning can be achieved, which increases the flexibility of learning greatly. At present, many sports colleges and institutions have also established sport education resources database, which has applied in network education. However, due to the particularity of physical education, physical teaching resources construction is still exist some problems. Based on it, knowledge management technology is applied in this paper and physical teaching network resources are constructed. The aim is to analysis physical education network resources characteristics and form standards to manage teaching resources effectively

摘要:
The authors conducted a meta-analysis of the youth leadership development literature and were able to construct a conceptual model of youth leadership. After citing the conclusions of former researches, the author defined youth leadership as the capacity of leading members achieving common goals. By analysing youth development theories, a double level conceptual model has been constructed. The model consists of two level and seven dimensions. The two level are individual leadership and team leadership. The three dimensions of the individual leadership are: (1) self-confidence; (2) good learning skills; (3)critical thinking. The four dimensions of the team leadership are: (1)sense of responsibility; (2)inspiring and encouragement; (3)interpersonal skills; (4)decision-making.

摘要:
With the rising of research on human resources management in western countries, China is also faced with the mission of strengthening the research in this area. By literature and logic analysis, this paper reviews and analyses the themes, the hot spots and the trends of the research in the field of HRM in sports organizations. The study points out that China needs to take out some actions to develop the discipline through clarifying the objectives, expanding research areas, deepening study contents, improving research methods, establishing a system of academic methodology, carrying out local researches and building a human resource management model adaptable to Chinese sports organizations.

The core of coaches' transformational leadership is to improve their idealized influence or charisma, and behavirol ability of intellectual stimulation, inspiritual motivation and individual consideration. Coaches' transformational leadership development is important for themselves' career promotion, sports teams' success and education to talented athletes. Sports management department should take appropriate measures to enhance the role of coaches for their own understanding of leadership; to strengthen the job training of coaches and to enhance coaches' transformational leadership in all dimensions.

Seen from the three angles such as the evolution of the concepts of organizational communication, the tools used in research of organizational communication and the trends of organizational communication research at home and abroad, this paper has analyzed and summarized the review of organizational communication researches, and the author pointed out that the sports organizational communications' research may base on the models of organizational communication, research methods, research level and systemic and dynamic of research to exploit further in the future.

The study based on reading a great deal of relevant literature, discuss the concept of sports organizational justice combining with the sports professional characteristics. Moreover, deeply discusses forming mechanism of sports organizational justice and the action effect of sports organizational justice and the relationship of sports organizational justice and organization outcome variable.
