用WKB方法得到了无限深球方势阱中粒子能级近似解析式,并通过计算分析,找到了两种修正方案,从而使得本文的粒子能级解析式的结果与已有结论的误差在3%以下。

摘要:
Comparative study on the diameter distribution of MgO nanowires has been carried out. MgO nanowires could be synthesized by the direct reaction between metallic magnesium and silica, and the obtained nanowires have diameters ranging from 50 to 200 nm and lengths of several hundreds nanometers, exhibiting a straight wire. The diameter can be downscaled to smaller than 50 nm, and the nanowire exhibits a curved and twisted one-dimensional structure with lengths up to several micrometers, when a fine support catalyst was used as the reactant. The diameter-controlled growth mechanism was also explained in this work.

摘要:
介绍了一种ITO纳米粉的低温、易于量产的制备方法.将铟锡氢氧化物置于充满氩气的高压釜,在300℃、2 MPa的条件下就可制得5~20 nm的ITO纳米粉.用XRD、TEM分析ITO纳米粉的形貌为纺锤状,结晶状况良好,更有利于制备高致密度靶材.与其它方法相比,本方法反应条件柔和,反应温度降低了约200℃.

摘要:
An analysis expression for the stationary probability distribution of asymmetric superconducting quantum interference device with two Josephson junctions (dc SQUID) driven by thermal noise is derived from two-dimensional Fokker–Planck equation, where the potential condition is satisfied. Two of the three asymmetric parameters, inductance asymmetric parameter η and critical current asymmetric parameter α, can be changed in this condition, but resistance asymmetric parameter ρ cannot be changed. The "ripple" phenomenon of circulating current can disappear with the change of coefficient α. The effects of asymmetric parameters on current-voltage relationship and transfer function of dc SQUID system are also represented.

摘要:
在低温(250℃)下,用聚乙烯醇(polyvinyl alcohol,PVA)和提纯后的碳纳米管(carbon nanotubes,CNTs)的混合物在空气中加热,以研究聚乙烯醇对碳纳米管的修饰作用,并采用TEM对不同条件下所得的产物进行了形态分析.结果发现,碳纳米管的顶端被打开,随着时间的增加,弯曲的碳纳米管断裂成较短的碳纳米管.聚乙烯醇对碳纳米管的氧化及修饰在实验中得到证实.讨论分析了氧化和修饰机理,认为可能是聚乙烯醇在空气中分解所得的产物的一种或几种在氧化和修饰过程中起主要作用.

摘要:
Gallium borate nanowires have been synthesized using a simple and readily scaleable solid-state reaction among boron, boron oxide and gallium oxide. The GaBO<inf>3</inf> nanowires have diameters ranging from 90 to 150 nm and lengths of several hundreds nanometer, exhibiting a poor crystallization. After a nanoscale support catalyst Fe<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf>/Al<inf>2</inf>O <inf>3</inf> was used as additive in the reaction, the diameters, lengths and crystallization were effectively improved. The nanowires exhibit a well-crystallized one-dimensional single-crystal structure with diameters ranging from 20 to 60 nm and lengths up to several micrometers. The growth mechanism was also presented in this letter. ©2003 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

摘要:
Single-crystal aluminum borate nanowires (Al<inf>18</inf>B <inf>4</inf>O<inf>33</inf>) with uniform diameter distribution were synthesized by a chemical reaction of alumina with boron monoxide in the presence of a support catalyst. Three comparative experiments were carried out and demonstrated the detailed crystal growth process of the nanowires. We found that two factors, the isolated reaction area with nanometer scale and abundant local reactants at an appropriate reaction temperature, play important roles in determining the diameter, length and yield of the nanowires. The growth mechanism was also prepared. ©2003 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

在用多观察序列训练HMM理论的基础上,提出了一种基于对多观察序列按多相关系数分组的HMM训练算法(简称基于多相关分组的HMM训练算法).该算法避免了直接计算条件概率的困难,与传统的Baum—Welch算法相比,既考虑了训练序列之间的相关性,又不增加计算量.

77K基底制备的银薄膜的微观结构和光学性质

摘要:
应用蒸发镀膜方法,分别在室温和液氮温度(77K)玻璃基底上制备了银薄膜样品.对两种样品的微观结构和光学性质进行了对比研究,微观结构应用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜进行分析,光学性质应用椭圆偏振光谱仪进行研究,测量的光学参数与理论计算的结果基本吻合.比较液氮温度基底上制备的银薄膜与室温基底上制备的银薄膜表面后发现:前种薄膜的表面更均匀、颗粒更小;两种薄膜的光频介电函数实部ε1基本没有差别,前种薄膜的光频介电函数虚部ε2大;前种薄膜的光学吸收增强,吸收峰发生蓝移和宽化.实验结果表明颗粒膜的光学吸收峰的位置依赖于颗粒膜中金属的介电常数和粒子尺寸.

在室温和液氮温度(77K)下用蒸镀法在Si(111)衬底上制备C60薄膜.用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究两种不同基底上制备薄膜的微观结构,并用椭圆偏振光谱仪测量了光学参数(包括吸收光谱、折射率及光频介电常数).结果表明,衬底温度降低,薄膜更均匀,颗粒更细,光学吸收峰位置出现蓝移且在整个光频范围吸收增强.

摘要:
Nanobamboo and nanotube structures of BN have been controllably synthesized by reaction of barium metaborate with ammonia. The gallium addition plays an important role in the formation of nanotubes. The experimental results indicate that, without the gallium additive, the reaction results in the growth of nanobamboo structure. Gallium addition, probably as a catalyst within the framework of vapor–liquid–solid growth, promotes the growth of nanotubes. High-solution transmission electron microscopy research indicates that rhombohedral stacking order is the dominant atomic arrangement for BN nanobamboos; whereas hexagonal stacking is the dominant arrangement for BN nanotubes.

摘要:
The effect of reaction temperature of carbon nanotube-confined reaction was discussed by demonstrating the synthesis of Ge nanostructures. The mixture of Ge and GeO<inf>2</inf> is used as Ge vapor source. The noticeably different morphology could be observed when the different reaction temperatures were used. Ge quantum dots and their arrangement based on the trace of the starting carbon nanotubes were formed when 1000°C of reaction temperature and 1 h of duration time were adopted. The diameter of the quantum dots were found to be strongly depend on the used reaction temperatures and the time duration. ©2002 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.

摘要:
Si3N4 nanorods have been synthesized by nitriding borosilicate glass with ammonia. The formed Si3N4 nanorods exhibit significant crystallization, and are 20 to 80 nm in diameter and 10 to 100 mum in length. Some nanorods are wrapped by amorphous Si2N2O. The formation of the Si3N4 nanorods is explained based on the vapor-solid growth mechanism; the borosilicate glass substrate and the formation of SiO vapor via a solid-diffusion reaction between boron and silica are responsible for the nanorod growth.

在催化裂解乙烯生长碳纳米管时,在将稀土元素加入过渡金属催化剂可使合成碳纳米管的温度降至560℃,在稀土元素影响温区(<600℃)内,碳纳米管的产率可提高约250%. 合成的碳纳米管直径随温度变化的测试表明,在反应温度为560℃时直径最小,约为10 nm以下,且非晶碳颗粒最少.

以碳纳米管层作为空间限制反应的模板,采用化学气相沉积法(CVD)生长ZnS纳米球。透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)实验结果显示出其生成物为β-ZnS纳米球,直径为70 nm左右,具有颗粒均匀、纯度高、产率大、成本低、适于批量化生产等特点。

摘要:
An effective route of growing boron nitride nanotubes was developed. By reacting boron, silica and iron oxide catalysts supported on alumina, gas-phase reactants and liquid-phase catalyst could be generated in-situ. When ammonia was then introduced, boron nitride nanotubes could be formed by the reaction of boron oxide and ammonia inside the liquid-phase catalysts. The synthesized boron nitride nanotubes are highly-crystallized and multi-walled structures with 10-30 nm in diameter. The growth process was explained based on vapor-liquid-solid wire-like growth mechanism. © 2002 Published by Elsevier Science B.V.
