摘要:
In adaptive e-learning system, the researchers focused on how to provide the learners with learning objects depending on their preferences and needs. This makes the process of filtering unwanted learning objects an increasing challenge for the learners. Content recommendation systems can suggest the users what they should learn. People have made great efforts on research about recommendation systems using content-based recommendation and collaboration-based recommendation. In this paper, the authors proposed a hybrid learning object recommendation method to improve the accuracy of the recommendation. The experiment result shows that recommendation precision of hybrid recommendation method is higher than content-based recommendation method and collaboration-base recommendation method.<br/>

The explosive growth of multimedia content on the internet is revolutionizing the way of content distribution and presenting new challenges to content security and copyright management. Encryption and watermarking are the most common techniques used to protect copyrighted multimedia content, but both have some limitations. In order to solve the problem, we probe into a new way that is to design a digital rights management (DRM) system based on FFmpeg, the system offers a reproducible and reliable alternative for digital rights management and related applications on the Internet. The protection works by encrypting the packets of key frames. Experiments have proved that encrypting the packets of key frames to protect the digital content of video is available. Other players either can't open the Encrypted video files, or the image is a mosaic and blurred image. Playing the file in the player we developed is fluent, all played properly, and the purpose of digital content protection is achieved.

With the prosperity of the Internet, e-learnlng has been greatly improved. By supporting multiple learners and multiple roles in a learning activity, the IMS Learning Design (LD) specification provides a collaborative scenario for participants. However, IMS LD provides insufficient support for interaction among learning activities and can not dynamically integrate learning resources to meet the continually changing service requirements. In this paper, a Business Process Execution Language (BPEL) enhanced requirement driven learning management architecture to address the issues of personalize adaptive learning was proposed. It models the learning activity by combining IMS LD with BPEL and matches optimal learning sequence based on Case-based reasoning (CBR) method. By providing expandable secure learning sequences flexibly, it satisfies the different actual demands for personalize learning.
摘要:
The paper describes the implementation and the functioning of RAHGA (Rule Acquisition with an Entropy-based Genetic Algorithm), a genetic-algorithm-based data mining system suitable for both supervised and certain types of unsupervised knowledge extraction from large and possibly noisy databases. RAHGA differs from a standard Genetic Algorithm. We compared our approach with several other traditional data mining techniques. The results show that our approach outperformed others on both the prediction accuracy and the standard deviation.

Collaborative Knowledge Building (CKB) is a process involved in groups of participant to collect knowledge, communicate knowledge, share knowledge, and create knowledge together. While Web2.0 is characterized by being user-centered, two-ways communication and creating knowledge together in social network formation, thus Web2.0 concepts seems to be an ideal fit with CKB. However, how to integrate the undoubted significant factors into the CKB process is a question in Web2.0 era. According to analyzing the outline of CKB and characters of Web2.0, this paper integrates Web2.0 into CKB, and presents a new CKB model. Finally, the paper takes application example of Personal Knowledge Building platform and Collaborative Knowledge Building platform to show Web2.0 is beneficial to realize a more feasible CKB model, which is illustrated how to use Web2.0 tools in the CKB process.

This article first introduces the characteristics of resource-based learning and language teaching in secondary schools, it analyses the feasibility of resource-based study is used into language teaching in secondary schools and designs the process, then it carries out the relevant case studies according to the process, and proposes issues we should pay attention to when resource-based learning is used into language teaching in secondary schools.
